PREVENTION TEA (Yu Ping Feng San 玉屏风散) is a traditional Chinese herbal formula that has been used for centuries to strengthen the immune system and prevent respiratory infections.
It is commonly used to treat conditions such as recurrent respiratory infections, allergies, and chronic fatigue. Today, Yu Ping Feng San is still widely used in traditional Chinese medicine.

HISTORICAL SOURCE TEXT:
The formula was first recorded in the Song dynasty (960-1279) in the book "Imperial Grace Formulary of the Tai Ping Era" (太平惠民和剂局方) and discussed in many other herbal texts over the past 1,000 years. It is recommended for supporting the body's immune system and preventing colds and flu.
