Hong Zao (Red Dates): is a popular TCM ingredient in both food and herbal formulas that nourishes the blood, calms the mind, and improves overall health and vitality.

Yi Yi Ren (Job's Tears): Strengthens the Spleen and resolves Dampness (a common imbalance affecting the Spleen and digestion).  Yi yi ren (botanical name Coix lachrymosa) has been show to have anti-cancer effects [1]
